Bears the signatures of Job Comstock, “a very vocal anti-Federalist from East Greenwich,” and Jonathan J. Hazard, one of Rhode Island’s delegates to the Continental Congress.

With the Rhode Island state seal on front. Solomon Southwick and Henry Barber were the printers of this note, as well as the printers of the Newport Mercury newspaper.
