“American Bank Note Co. New-York. India paper only. Green protectors. March 4, 186x. G22a, but green. Left end, Liberty used on Federal note, top center, eagle used on Federal notes. The layout very Federal in style.”

Similar in design to Bowers W-RI-930-002-G080, which he lists as having a red-orange tint.
